Edwards Fire Alarm will be testing some of the new fire panels at the following times and dates. They will announce over the speakers before testing begins in each building. The alarm will sound continuously during this testing. You do not have to evacuate the building during this testing.

McDougall Hall - 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Steel Building - 10:30 pm to 11:30 pm
The elevator modernization for Memorial Hall will begin Monday, March 15. The contract has been awarded to ThyssenKrupp Elevator. This work includes the removal and installation of a new hydraulic jack, new controller and refurbishment of the interior and exterior of the cab. The elevator will remain closed until April 28.
While the contractors have been instructed that the work be executed with the least possible interference or disturbance to the campus community, a certain amount of disruption is inevitable.
