Beginning in January 2010, all requests for centrally booked rooms must be processed through a new online form that requires your Novell username and password.
If you are booking multiple dates and/or rooms for the same course or event, you need to complete one form only.
If you are booking rooms for different courses and/or events, you must complete separate forms for each one.
Room requests must be made at least two days in advance of the date required.
Please use the Comments section at the bottom of the form to provide any extra detail on your room request, or to provide feedback on the structure of the form itself.
Please do not use the form to request any maintenance needs within the rooms. These can still be addressed by email to fmworkorders@upei.ca. IMPORTANT: As of January 4, rooms will not be booked unless a form has been submitted.
Everyone is warmly invited to join alumni and friends of UPEI at the annual New Year’s Day Levee on campus. It takes place in Schurman Market Square, McDougall Hall from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on January 1, 2010.
Please help our University to improve energy efficiency over the break by remembering to do the following before leaving:
-Ensure computers, monitors, printers, speakers, etc. are turned off.
-Turn off other non-essential equipment.
-Lower the temperature in your work area to 17 degrees C (63 F), where possible.
-Turn the lights off.
