1) Hallowe'en Office Decorating Contest - Friday, October 30 Join your friends in your office/department and decorate your office space for Hallowe'en!!! The contest will take place on Friday, October 30 with judging between 10:00 am-noon. Prizes will be awarded for Winning Office Decorations, Winning Group Costumes and Winning Individual Costume. Register yourself and/or your office by contacting Angela Marchbank at 566-0606 or amarchbank@upei.ca so we can plan a visit to your site on that date.

2) Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose & Cholesterol Testing Clinic - Monday, November 2 Learn about the risks associated with increased blood pressure, glucose & cholesterol levels and get your levels tested FREE of charge by UPEI Wellness. The clinic will run on Monday, November 2 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm at the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre, room #105 (across from the front desk). Participants must book their 10 min. appointment before October 30 by contacting Susan MacPherson at slmacpherson@upei.ca

3) Bone Density Screening - Wednesday, November 25 The Murphy's Health Education Centre measures the density of your bones by taking an ultrasound of your heel, which is thought to correspond with your hip. The screening will be held on Wednesday, November 25 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm at the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre, room #105 (across from the front desk). The cost for the test is $15 per person and must be paid before the screening date.
