INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR A BURSARY / SUBSIDY?

What is the Atlantic Summer Institute bursary/subsidy program?
A limited number of bursaries/subsidies are available to participants and speakers from Atlantic Canada attending the full program.  A bursary provides registration for selected applicants.  A subsidy contributes to defray the cost of travel, accommodations, and registration at the Institute.

What are the steps to apply for a bursary/subsidy and register for the Institute?

Step 1
– Complete the bursary/subsidy request form and attach a letter demonstrating your need for assistance before June 1, 2010. Please mail or fax to the address on request form.

Step 2 – A response letter regarding the status of your application will be sent to you after June 15, 2010.

Step 3If a bursary or subsidy is approved, you then will fill in the Registration Form and indicate “No payment required – Bursary / Subsidy Approved” under Method of Payment. If you do not receive a bursary/subsidy for your registration, you are still eligible for the early bird rate when you register.

For additional information on subsidies please contact Gail at (902) 894-3399 or asi@thequaich.pe.ca
