In order to ensure facilities are operational for students, we request that residents report any damages or acts of vandalism either to Residence Services (residence@upei.ca), or by contacting an RLA.
By reporting damages and/or vandalism to Residence Services, the staff can assist additional University departments with completing repairs efficiently. Most importantly, the Residence Life staff and the University of Prince Edward Island can help ensure the safety and security of residence students and University employees.
Residence Rooms—please report any damage or maintenance issues within your room, including heating, electrical, and plumbing systems. When repairs must be made in rooms/apartments, attempts will be made to notify the occupants in advance.
Common Areas—please report any damage or vandalism of doors, hallways, lounges, bathrooms, entryways, etc.
