The Manager of Residence Services is responsible for residence operations. He works closely with both the Director of Ancillary Services and the Residence Life Coordinator to ensure quality and customer satisfaction with all aspects of the students residential experience.

The Residence Life Coordinator is in charge of developing a positive living environment for residence students, promoting both academic and personal development. Responsibilities include student staff supervision, crisis intervention, policy/procedure administration, Residence Executive, programming facilitation and direction to RLAs, residence orientation, student discipline, admissions processing, room assignments, and production of the Residence Life Handbook.

The Administrative Assistant is in charge of the office operations. Her responsibilities include day-to-day office management, responding to various residence inquiries, student staff payroll information, parcel receiving and distribution, scheduling meetings, and maintenance reporting.
