This two-day course will explore how teamwork results from a common understanding of the organization or project?s vision and values and shared commitment to meeting team goals. Teams - a small group of people working together toward some common purpose - require that everyone is constantly learning. This learning includes technical skill and professional expertise. Dynamic productive teams can bring together knowledge, skills, experience and perspectives of a wide range of people to solve multifaceted problems, make good decisions and deliver effective solutions.
