Since the last posting on May 21, 2010, the UPEI Presidential Search Committee has continued to meet and give consideration to potential candidates. We have been gratified by the quality of the individuals who have expressed an interest in exploring the opportunity, and see this very much as a reflection of the reputation of our University.

The search committee is continuing its work this fall, and hopes to soon identify a short list of candidates to interview. We are still on our timeline, as originally outlined, and are confident that a recommendation will be made to the UPEI Board of Governors before the end of the calendar year.
