Join Student Affairs in Andrew Hall, 142, in learning how “Bringing in the Bystander” empowers bystanders to prevent sexual violence safely and effectively. We all have a role to play in ending sexual violence!

12:00 pm to 1:00 pm,  First, Let me Get a Pizza that Consent! 

Everyone loves pizza, right? Well, stop by the Concourse in the Student Centre to get some free pizza and learn how we can look at consent like pizza.

12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Free Weaving Session 

Self-care time! Meet a new friend in the Zen Zone (Day Lounge of the Student Centre) and learn how to weave a beautiful creation to take home for your own! Workshop and supplies provided by the talented Haley Thompson! 

2:00 to 3:00 pm, Realizations Play and Talk Back

Sit back, relax, and watch some scenes from the Realizations play written and directed by two former UPEI students: Kandace Hagen and Rory Starkman, followed by an interesting “Talk back” about the play moderated by our own SV-PRO! This play touches on the topics of consent, heteronormativity, sexual orientation, rape culture and many other relevant topics to University life!
