REGISTRATION

To pre-register, please print Registration Form (pdf), complete the form and send it by regular mail to the address given. The registration fee is CAD$150 for non-student delegates and CAD$50 for non-Canadian students.  The registration fee is waived for Canadian students. Cheque or money order in Canadian funds should be payable to “Methods XII – Université de Moncton”. We would appreciate if you would pre-register before May 31st 2005.  After May 31st the registration fee is CAD$200 for non-student delegates. We regret that we are unable to accept payment by credit card.
