The Department of Health Management at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC), University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), is seeking a sessional instructor to assist in delivery of VHM 410 and 420 – Clinics in Theriogenology. This appointment is subject to final budgetary approval.

VHM 410 and 420 – Clinics in Theriogenology
These senior-year courses are offered during the winter semester. In these courses, students gain clinical experience in theriogenology involving farm and companion animals. With faculty supervision, students participate in herd visits and the management of cases that are presented to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital

Qualifications:
Applicant must hold a DVM degree and advanced training, preferably a PhD and experience in large animal theriogenology.  Preference will be given to candidates with seniority on the UPEI Sessional Roster in the academic unit and to those with clinical experience in a teaching institution. Candidate must be eligible for licensure with the PEIVMA.
