A Student Assistant is needed to help with research dissemination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will:
• Organize and schedule events
• Communicate with potential participants;
• Help in the preparation of presentation of research findings;
• Collect information from research presentation events;
• Collate and analyze information from research presentation events; and
• Other administrative duties maybe allocated to the individual depending on the needs of the project

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a new or returning UPEI student
• Significant experiences and understandings of Mi’kmaq culture is required;
• Strong computer skills in Word processing and social media; and
• Good analytical skills, accuracy, discretion and good interpersonal and communication skills

Priority is given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual
