Hours of Work: 

37.5 hours per week

Salary: 
$12.78 per hour (vacation pay included) (Note: This position is subject to external funding approval.)

as soon as possible for 18 days (135 hours)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The hired student will become a member of the Usability and Network Testing Lab, a research facility that focuses on improving system interaction and performance (with a focus on video games). The lab creates new interaction tools, tests the efficiency of existing tools and investigates the background networking issues involved in supporting interactive systems. The hired student will work in the area of interface design.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills Required: Training and/or significant experience in graphical design for computer systems. Students are required to submit samples of their work for assessment.
Priority to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual.
