Reporting to the Director of Industry Partnerships, the Process Analyst will formally document procedures to be referenced by the Industry Partnership group and clients and plan the orientation day for engineering students in September.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in internal strategy sessions
• Keep records of strategy sessions
• Use records from strategy sessions to develop procedures
• Formally document procedures to be referenced by the Industry Partnership group and clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of the third year of the Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Design Engineering program
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with records management
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual.
