A Research Assistant is needed to work on a research project about supporting older adults and caregivers in navigating transitions between different types of health services. The Research Assistant will be supervised by Dr. Lori Weeks, Department of Applied Human Sciences, and our interdisciplinary research team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Research Assistant will:
• participate in research team meetings,
• assist with organizing and implementing team meetings,
• assist with quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and
• assist with results dissemination and grant writing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The successful candidate will be a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student and will ideally have training and experience in Gerontology, Social Sciences and/or Health Services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required.
• Training and experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research are assets.
