Irregular and limited hours covering a four (4) - six (6) week period - four (4) times a year. Flexibility in working hours.

Salary: 
$19.47 to $21.40 per hour as per CUPE 1870

The Computer Services Department requires a person to process course evaluations.  This position is occasional and short-term.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The work involves clerical tasks including the use of computer, coordinating, receiving and distributing course evaluations at semester end, operating a page scanner connected to a computer and running programs to process evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants should possess:
• Grade 12 and business education program with at least two years experience or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Demonstrated computer skills
• Experience or training in general office work
• Willingness and the ability to quickly learn new computer skills
