The Department of Athletics and Recreation is currently creating a list of energetic, outgoing, customer service focused team members to join our Panther Event Staff for the 2015-2016 varsity seasons. The Score Clock Operator is important in creating and enhancing the atmosphere and overall experience of Panther Events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the official game score clock throughout duration of game; including pre-game warm ups.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Attention to details.
• Adaptable and quick thinking.
• Perform well under potentially stressful situations.
• Possess strong computer skills.
• Working knowledge of playing rules and regulations for all or some of  UPEI Varsity sports (Basketball, Soccer, Field Hockey and Rugby) is considered an asset.
• Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. 
• Must be comfortable in large crowds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (3-4 hours).
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions as some events are held outdoors.
