$10.74 per hour (vacation pay included)

Applications are invited for a summer student to assist with updating, organizing and compiling of the AVC equipment database.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will audit and update medical, laboratory, and research equipment data in the unit=s inventory database. Duties also to include general organization of the unit=s operation as required (i.e. service manual library, parts inventory, office files etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must have good organizational, communication and computing skills. Familiarity with database programming, computers, medical and laboratory equipment would be an asset.
The successful candidate must have completed at least one year of University. Completion of the first year DVM program would be an asset.
Priority to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual.
