$13.56 per hour (vacation pay included)

September 2015 until March 30, 2016

The Department of Athletics and Recreation is currently creating a list of energetic, outgoing, customer service focused team members to join our Panther Event Staff for the 2015-2016 varsity seasons.  The Game Day Coordinator is important in creating and enhancing the atmosphere and overall experience of Panther Events.


• Game Day Staff Leader
• Assisting with Game Set Up/Tear Down
• In Game Social Media Communication
• Leading Game Promotions
• Action Photo’s
• Game Recaps
• Game Sheet Faxing/Score Reporting/Website Updating


• Understanding of all Game Day and Sport Specific related information/requirements to ensure a positive Game Day experience.
• Sport Background.
• Strong Communicator.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, well spoken.
• Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. 
• Must be comfortable in large crowds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (3-4 hours).
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions as some events are held outdoors .
