$10.76 per hour (vacation pay included)

The Department of Facilities Management is looking for a student to assist with administrative procedures on campus.


Process work orders, attendance tracking, creation and payment of purchase orders, answering phones, updating policies and procedures, work on customer service survey and analyze results, general filing duties, data entry, room bookings, provide  assistance to parking coordinator, receive payments for parking permits and tickets, other assigned duties as required.


• Preference would be given to students involved in Business or Engineering program.
• Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal. 
• Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using databases would also be an asset.

Priority to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual.
