$39,424 to $43,359 as per CUPE 1870

The Veterinary Teaching Hospital requires an Animal Care Attendant for the Small Animal Clinic. 


• Clean and disinfect equipment and animal holding areas
• Follow specialized feeding instructions
• Provide assistance with handling patients
• Assist with daily care of patients
• Work as required with specialized equipment and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Includes working some weekends as well as some statutory holidays


• A graduate of Grade XII
• Must have recent experience with small animals in a clinical setting
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be able to work independently, but also as part of a team
