The Faculty of Business at the University of Prince Edward Island has the following opportunities for a sessional instructor to teach the following course in the Summer Semester 2018, subject to budgetary approval:

BUS 3850 - Special Topics: Modern English Communication

This course introduces students to concepts and ideas that will make them more effective producers and consumers of modern business communication in English. Students will become better, more persuasive writers; while at the same time developing a personal editorial environment that allows them to be better users of information. Students will develop broad editorial skills that will be used to gauge the value of sources, engage ethically across platforms and demonstrate genuine intercultural sensitivity.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of a master's level degree or equivalent with a combination of qualifications and experience.  Also note, priority will be given to qualified individuals on the sessional roster of the academic unit.
