The Department of Biomedical Sciences is seeking a sessional instructor to assist in delivery of Mammalian Physiology (VBS 121) to first-year veterinary students.  Responsibilities for this position include presentation of weekly lectures (20) in cardiovascular, respiratory, acid-base balance and excitable cell physiology and assisting with other aspects of course administration (midterm). This position is subject to final budgetary approval.

Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a DVM and/or graduate degree (MSc or higher, in physiology or a related field).  Preference will be given to those with teaching experience in physiology, but those with evidence of effective teaching in related fields will also be considered. 

Preference will be given to qualified candidates with seniority on the UPEI Sessional Roster in the academic unit.
