$10.92 (vacation pay included)

The Registrar’s Office requires two Student Assistants to provide support on a full-time basis over the summer, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. These positions will report to the Registration & Scheduling Coordinator and will work with staff in the Registrar’s Office, Enrolment Services, Project Beacon, and ITSS.


• Provide support to Project Beacon implementation team to implement a modern, integrated administrative software system containing student, financial and human resources information
• Assist with data entry and data validation
• May be required to attend project meetings and perform other related duties as required

• Research capabilities
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Experience working with Google docs and sheets

Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual.
