The University of Prince Edward Island invites applications for the position of
Women’s Rugby Head Coach.  This is a part-time position renewable yearly and reports to the Director of Athletics.  The individual is responsible for the successful operation of the inter-university women’s rugby program.


• Coaching the women’s rugby team
• Recruiting quality student athletes to the program
• Carrying out associated administrative duties; and
Working with the department to fund raise and promote the program


• A  university degree would be an asset
• Related coaching experience
• Effective interpersonal skills
• The ability to relate to students and administration
• Other equivalencies will be considered
• NCCP Certification is considered an asset
