 A Research Associate is needed to work on a research project about supporting older adults and caregivers in navigating transitions between different types of health services. The Research Associate will be supervised by Dr. Lori Weeks, Department of Applied Human Sciences, and our interdisciplinary research team.
The Research Associate will participate in research team meetings, prepare a background document that entails a review of relevant research, and assist in writing a grant to CIHR based on knowledge gained from the literature review, stakeholder input, and input from the research team.
The successful candidate will have completed a minimum of a Master’s degree and have training and experience in Gerontology, Education, Social Sciences and/or Health Services. Strong computer skills, writing skills and experience in technical writing are required along with training and experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
