The Office of Recruitment is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. We are seeking applications from qualified individuals to provide administrative support to the recruitment office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will provide administrative support to the recruitment team within the Office of Recruitment in the Student Experience Hub.  The position will work closely with recruiters in providing information relevant to the university’s recruitment and retention efforts to high schools, students, parents, agents and the campus community.

• Provide general administrative support to recruitment and reception services to the area
• Coordinate campus tours for individuals and groups
• Enter and maintain student information in university CRM
• Schedule advisement, prospective student and registration appointments
• Room bookings for meetings and on campus events
• Performing other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12 graduation and completion of a post-secondary program in a related office program with related office experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comprehensive knowledge and skills in word processing, email, internet, database management and spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently and prioritize task in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with the university environment, experience with CRM software, and familiarity with academic regulations and procedures would be considered assets
