The Faculty of Nursing, University of Prince Edward Island is now accepting applications for a permanent part-time Clinical Nursing Instructor position. The instructor will provide direct clinical supervision to students in various community health nursing settings, including home care, primary care, and ambulatory care across the Province. This appointment is subject to final budgetary approval.

Qualifications:
BScN or BN, current registration or eligibility for registration with ARNPEI and at least 3 years of full-time clinical experience and expertise working with adults in the prevention and management of chronic illnesses. Previous experience in teaching and clinical supervision of students would be an asset. Successful applicants will have expertise in population health, community, and primary care nursing theory and practice.

Hours of work:
Winter and Fall Semesters - 22.5 hours per week (days and evenings)
(August 25 – April 25 annually)

Start Date:  January 2, 2018
