The Department of Music is seeking up to three (3) students to function as Resource Assistants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the scanning of music and text content
• The conversion of the content into a format that is accessible to a Braille reader and the proof-reading to ensure that the converted document matches that of the original
• Assist in the conversion of some documents into Braille.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The Students must be music majors and preference will be given to senior students

Priority is given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual.
