The School of Nursing, University of Prince Edward Island, is now accepting applications for a permanent part-time Clinical Nursing Instructor position. The instructor will provide direct clinical supervision to students in hospital and community-based maternal-infant and child, as well as public health settings including Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Prince County Hospital and other areas of the Province. This appointment is subject to final budgetary approval.

Qualifications:
BScN or BN, current registration with ARNPEI and at least 3 years of full-time clinical experience and expertise in maternal-infant and child, and public health nursing. Previous experience in teaching and clinical supervision of students would be an asset. Successful applicants will have expertise in maternal-infant and child, as well as public health theory and practice.

Hours of work:
22.5 hours per week (days and evenings)

Start date will be January 3, 2017
