4 hours per week in tutorial: Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm, Tuesdays 2:30-3:30 pm, Thursdays 6:00-8:00 pm, plus 6 hours per week preparation and marking, for a total of 10 hours per week. 
Salary:
$27.29 per hour as per CUPE 1870
Term:

As soon as possible until April 2019 (Term may be reduced or extended depending on performance, available funding and departmental requirements)

The School of Mathematical and Computational Sciences at the University of Prince Edward Island has an opening for a tutorial assistant to be responsible for tutorials in Math 1910 and Math 1910R during the Winter Semester.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attending Math 1910 and 1910R tutorials to assist students
• Administering and marking quizzes
• Preparing examples
• Other duties as assigned by the tutorial coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.Sc. in Mathematics
• Experience instructing introductory calculus.
• Experience grading test questions
