The Chemistry Department requires a Research Assistant to assist with research projects in Materials Science with Dr. Rabin Bissessur.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To synthesize nanocomposite materials for medical applications
• Finalize summaries and data results
• Complete final report, submit to principal investigator
• Attend weekly meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Chemistry
• Completed at least one graduate leave course in Chemistry
• Experience with techniques such as powder X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, and charge transport measurements
• One year experience working in a Chemistry Lab
