The Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the Atlantic Veterinary College is seeking applicants to fill a Client Service Representative position on a casual basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process hospital admissions
• Schedule appointments
• Generate invoices and process payments
• Maintain accurate records
• Prepare and balance hospital census lists
• Assemble discharge information
• Manage client credit issues
• Interface with clients, referring veterinarians, students, and hospital staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successful completion of Grade 12
• Business / Accounting experience
• Strong computer and word processing abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated abilities in customer service and reception skills
• Medical terminology diploma or experience
