RESPONSIBILITIES:
To prepare drafts of data collection instruments and ethics submissions; event organization; literature review and synthesis; conduct focus group interviews; data entry in a statistical analysis software (e.g., Nvivo); report and manuscript preparation; other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Priority will be given to UPEI students, especially those who are graduate students in education (with preference for Ph.D. students). Successful candidates will have a high level of oral and written proficiency in English and in French. Familiarity with minority francophone schools in PEI is necessary; experience conducting interviews, and doing educational or social science research, and experience with Internet, word processing and qualitative data analyses with data analysis software are assets.
Priority to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual.
