September 4, 2014 to end April 2015 (Note: Renewal for subsequent terms is based on performance, eligibility and available funding.)

UPEI enrolment management is responsible for the support of new UPEI students.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Student Ambassador/Student Transitions Assistant, you will assist prospective UPEI students, and their families, by providing information on undergraduate program choices, admission requirements, application procedures and the selection process.
• You will also have an opportunity to share your own experiences as a UPEI student, helping our applicants with their decision to apply, and to be excited about attending our institution.
• The skills acquired by the student in this position will transfer to most if not all working environments.
• Training will be provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be attentive to detail.
• Excellent writing and organization experience required.
• Excellent communications skills a must.
• Must be willing to learn, work with and contribute to a team.
