Dr. Velaidum in the Department of Religious Studies requires the services of a student assistant to work on developing technologies for his online courses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The student will be responsible for integrating selected technologies in order to produce finalized podcasts for two courses (RS 103 and RS 104), as well as performing other miscellaneous duties as required. The work can be done remotely, but the work must be completed by July, 2012.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidates should have successfully completed RS 103 and RS 104, and must have extensive experience with a variety of audio and video technologies, (including, but not limited to: Final Cut Pro and GarageBand), and should have experience with integrating Video Podcasts into Moodle and possibly iTunesU.
Priority to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual.
