STUDENT ASSISTANT
Hours of Work: 

Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, additional hours may be scheduled depending on the student’s availability.

Salary: 
$10.00 per hour (vacation pay included)
Term: 

As soon as possible until April 30, 2012. Possibility of extension to full time (37.5 hours per week) from May 1 - August 31, 2012.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Dean’s Office at the Atlantic Veterinary College is looking for an energetic, outgoing student to assist the administrative support staff in this friendly, busy office by providing coverage to the office over the lunch period. Additional duties will include administrative and clerical work, assisting with special projects, and conducting occasional tours of the AVC.
Good computer skills are essential, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Priority to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and Procedures manual.
