UPEI requires a highly motivated, innovative and technologically experienced individual to join our recruitment team.  Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, the incumbent will complement traditional recruitment efforts by focusing on digital marketing campaigns and data analytics.  As a member of the recruitment team, the incumbent will contribute to the overall success of UPEI international and domestic student recruitment and retention efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide online admission and program information to a diverse range of prospective students and stakeholders
• Liaise with recruitment team to foster activities and conversations with target groups
• Manage inquiries from prospects, monitor responses to contacts and channels, and identify trends
• Enhance outreach through digital recruitment campaigns and coordinate the campaigns
• Develop reports on all recruitment and partnership development activities, including fairs, school visits, missions, website, emails, messaging, etc.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment materials, and engagement strategies
• Create dashboards and KPI’s from prospect interactions in the CRM and social/web channels
• Monitor recruitment CRM for accuracy of information and duplicate records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• An undergraduate degree
• Demonstrated experience with technology, and data systems, including social medial platforms, that support student engagement activities
• Demonstrated experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends
• Experience working with the public in a professional setting
• Thorough understanding of the needs and expectations of first year university students, including an understanding of influencers when choosing a postsecondary institution
• Knowledge of university programs, student supports and student life
• Demonstrated initiative, excellent judgement, creativity and problem solving skills
• Experience in online digital marketing and analytics would be considered an asset
