Winter 2013 semester
Applications are invited from junior and senior Biology students as well as graduate students interested in assisting or instructing in the following Biology laboratories; Human Physiology 122; Plant Diversity 202; Microbial Diversity 206 ;Animal Behaviour 335 and other courses as the need arises.
Please indicate the laboratory section(s) in which you are interested and the times you are available.
*Students employed during the Fall semester do not have to reapply, however they must confirm their positions for the Winter semester. Must be WHMIS trained.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Could include laboratory setup, demonstrating and assisting students in the lab, and marking of assignments.
The successful applicants will be required to participate weekly for the duration of the winter semester.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must possess good communication skills have a knowledge of the laboratory material and an acceptable academic record (minimum of 70% avg). Please submit a copy of your transcript with your application.
