Helen Kennedy of Hope, BC, accepts the Bolger Prize in Memory of D. Eileen McMillan from McMillan's son, John McMillan. The Bolger Prize is awarded annually to the student entering fourth year with the highest average in the history program's core courses. It honours revered Island historian and UPEI professor emeritus, Dr. F. W. P. Bolger, and the late D. Eileen McMillan, whose family have been for many decades major supporters of post-secondary education on Prince Edward Island. Congratulations, Helen!
