The following regulations are for contractors who are doing work on the UPEI campus.

Summer Season - Mid-April through Mid-September

Contractors can park, without a permit, in the parking lots that are dedicated to General Parking only.  These lots are General Parking Lots A, D and E and the southern half of Lot B.

Winter Season - Mid-September through Mid-April

Contractors can only park in the parking lots that are dedicated to General Parking, and they MUST display a Parking Permit, which can be obtained from the Security Services Division, located in the Central Utility Building.
The lots where they can park are: General Parking Lots A, D and E and the southern half of Lot B.

Inner Campus Access

Access to the inner campus may be obtained from the Security Services Division, located in the Central Utility Building.  During daytime operations, Monday through Friday, year round, contractor vehicles are not permitted to park within the inner campus area.  Contractor vehicles may enter the inner campus to load or unload work site materials, but then must be parked in one of the general parking lots as noted above.

There are restrictions on the size of the vehicle that may enter the inner campus.  Drivers are asked to consult with Security Services Division staff before entering the inner campus.
