Work Order Requests
For all maintenance issues we ask that you send a work order request to fmworkorders@upei.ca or, if your request is urgent, please phone 0471.
Our client reception team will be available to assist you between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
After normal working hours, please call 0384. If you are calling from a phone off campus, please call (902) 566-0471 or (902) 566-0384.
Urgent services normally handled through Client Reception:
- Door problems
- Electrical problems, including lighting
- Elevator breakdowns
- Leaks
- Plumbing problems
- Refrigeration equipment problems
- Room temperature outside acceptable range
- Ventilation problems
All work order requests will be assessed and scheduled by the General Foreman as outlined in the Work Order Priorities Policy. This policy also outlines response time standards.
Set-ups and Takedowns
Our department also delivers and sets up tables and chairs and then takes them down, as outlined in the Request for Services Policy.
