Blanchard Hall, an apartment-style residence, is located at the south end of campus, a short distance south of the Wanda Wyatt Dining Hall. Blanchard Hall was named for Dr. J. Blanchard Hall underwent refurbishment in the summer of 2005 which included such items as new flooring, fixtures and millwork to twenty-one units. The renovations to the remaining units were completed in the Spring of 2006.
