Honorary degrees are conferred honoris causa, “for the sake of honour,” and are intended to recognize outstanding provincial, national, and international contributions in any field(s) of endeavour. The first 30 UPEI employees to sign-up for one of the following sessions will receive a $100 subsidy towards the six-week session cost. Otis Elevator will be doing maintenance on the elevator in the Health Sciences Building on Monday, December 22. Darlene Robison, BScN, will defend her Master of Nursing thesis entitled “The Lived Experience of Dignity in Older Adults Living with Schizophrenia: A Phenomenological Study.” The presentation will be held in the Health Sciences Building, room 105. Everyone is welcome to attend.
