As part of the CER Research Seminar Series, Dr. Clyde Hertzman will visit UPEI to talk about Making Early Child Development a Public Priority. Dr. Hertzman is the Director of the Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP), the College for Interdisciplinary Studies at UBC; Canada Research Chair in Population Health and Human Development; Professor in Department of Health Care and Epidemiology at UBC; and Associate Director of the Centre for Health Services and Policy Research (CHSPR). Dr. Hertzman’s early research has been fundamental to the development of the early child development strategy for Canada.
