Ellyn has extensive experience in both education and business (CV). She has taught in college, in university, and in the private sector. She has also held senior and executive positions in global corporations.  Deeply committed to applied learning, she works hard to create spaces for learners to engage meaningfully with their studies. She champions critical thought and positions education as change agent. Her current research interests include: reflexive narrative; transdisciplinary approaches to improving praxis; critical pedagogy; adult education; organisational learning; and leadership.
