Dr. Favaro is responsible for the Social Studies Methods in the Early, Middle, and Senior Years; is the co-coordinator of the B.Ed. Specialization in Indigenous Education; is responsible for the coordination of the Second Year Practicum seminar program, Enterprise Education K-12, and Leadership in Entrepreneurial Education in the Master of Education Degree program. He also coordinates the annual Opening Program in Education, the Education Open House, and the Maritime Job Fair.
