Celebrating the Class of 2010

Issue:
May 2010

AVC's annual White Coat Ceremony was held on May 7, celebrating the Class of 2010 and their entry into the profession of veterinary medicine. Friends, family and members of the AVC community came together at the Confederation Centre of the Arts for an evening of festivities which included the ceremony, a dinner and dancing. During the ceremony, graduates received their white coats, symbolizing the completion of the four-year DVM program. The event included the presentation of 43 student and faculty awards. Shown above is Dr. Don Reynolds, Dean of AVC, with the Class of 2010.

The UPEI Convocation was held the following morning at the Chi-Wan Sports Centre, with a post-convocation reception hosted by  Dr. Reynolds in the College's Learning Commons. Congratulations to the Class of 2010! We are all very proud of you.
