Zoë Launcelott

Assistant Coach

Zoë Launcelott is new to coaching this year and joins us after volunteering with the team last season. Zoë attended New Hampton Prep School in New Hampshire where she graduated high school while playing varsity hockey, soccer, and lacrosse. She played with Team Nova Scotia in the 2003 Canada Winter Games and played on the Nova Scotia Senior Women’s Esso National team in 2006 and 2007. Zoë continued her education at Saint Mary’s University while playing on the women’s varsity hockey team. During her AUS career she was awarded AUS Most Sportsmanlike Player of the year from 2006-2009, received Academic All Canadian status from 2006-2009, became assistant captain of the St. Mary’s Huskies for the 06/07 season, and led her team as captain from 2007-2009. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2009 and is currently attending the Atlantic Veterinary College in the graduating class of 2013. Zoë coached at the U15 and U18 Hockey Nova Scotia High Performance Program selection camps and looks forward to learning more about coaching and being a part of the UPEI Panther program.
