Sunday afternoon in Halifax, the UPEI Panthers came so close to the win. The Huskies came from behind to win 76-74.
The Panthers had a slight lead of 15-12 after 10 minutes.
The Huskies were strong in the 2nd quarter and lead 37-32 at the half. Third quarter, the Panthers pulled ahead with some great shooting to lead 56-53. The Huskies poured it on in the 4th quarter to win by two.
The Panthers were lead by Jenna Jones and Danielle MacDonald each scoring 14 points. Huskies Justine Cooley was game star with 30 points.
